yes these are ADULTS they are 18-21 (age of adulthood is 18) in all other Australian states they would be sent to adult prison. Over 18s can drive, drink, smoke, gamble, get married etc. To say they arent adults is not true because they are and they are lucky the courts didnt send them to adult prison as they could have.
