This game pretty much illustrate the feel and gameplay of the average Vectrex game back in the day -- according to how old fans of the system remember it from "back in the days", after they've had had a "few" beers :-)
Are you going to write a vectrex version? It's amazing what modern programmers have been able to accomplish on this machine. Games like protector blow away every commercial release from back in the day. There are even games with raster graphics with dozens of objects and no flicker (like YASI).
