@MegaM7777 I don't know the entire story behind it but Sakuya gets nosebleeds because of the while mistress deal with Remilia. (much like a guy sees a hot girl and gets a nosebleed) I believe it was started by the fans. I just did some research and came across that Sakuya has limited amount of blood because of the sisters, but it didn't make sense .
