  • I know it works because i wear alot of weaves with caps i have been wearing them for the last 4 years and my hair is thick and long

  • OOOHHH.. NOT THIS MUSIC AGAIN PLSSSSS...

  • the music scared the fuck out of me....

  • 3 days at a time. If you perm your hair before u braid your foundation put grease on ur scalp & leave in conditioner on your hair. THe reason why is to keep it moisturized. Perms dry the hair out so even if you weren't going to put a weave in after you perm you still have to make sure your hair is moisturized especially the ends. Good Luck! Oh yeah if you eat healthier like a lot of fruits and vegetables your hair will grow even faster. Take my word for it I do a lot of hair & their hair grows

  • I grew my sisters hair by making her wear a weave. It took about six years to get it the length that she wanted which was the top of her butt. When i started her hair it was shoulder length. So, I permed it before a braided the foundation. If the moon is growing (my great grandmother told me this so i do it and it works) is the best time to cut your split ends so your hair grows faster. Leave it in for no longer than two months at a time, And do not wear your real hair our for no longer than

  • ctfuuu dats da same fuccin pic u just decided to clip da ends

  • If you're working with someone who says they "can't" control the tension that they braid, stop, get up & leave. When your hair is braided TOO TIGHT your hair may get pulled out at the root-hence you will have to start at zero with no hair & wait for it to grow out. My last weave the girl braided entirely too tight!!! I could SEE the follicles pulled out of my head. When I took the weave off my hair was so thin in front I felt like an old lady. Thank goodness my hair does eventually grow back.

  • Amen, Sista!!!! I do the same thing. My hair is the longest it's EVER been because I've worn weaves. While your hair is up in a weave you're not stressing it by everyday wear & tear. One secret that I've learned is WEAVES TO NOT HAVE TO HURT!!!! I was in between finding someone to put my weave in & I broke down & went to a shop. The woman was so gentle!!! I didn't feel a thing when she braided my hair, that's a first. She used a net & the weave was the easiest I've ever taken out!

  • OR CANCER?

  • Is it true that the chemiALS IN PERMS/RELAXERS COULD CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE?z??

  • great choice of music o-o

  • OK I just came here for the lady, whats goin on???

  • nice song choice -.-

  • what kind of tracts you be using. i need help growing my hair.

  • the average hair grows half an inch each month, 4months= 2inches, your hair being in that wig didn't do shit sorry =(

  • @VictoriaPINK119 actually her hair being in the wig/weave did help. how? by preventing it from breaking off. hair does grow on average an inch each month, but if you brush and constantly style your hair it makes it prone to breakage.

  • @PlatinumDeeva I guess her hair is extra sensitive if it can't grow the average 1/2 an inch without being covered, that sucks her hair is too pretty to hide =/

  • noooo.....really??????? everyone knows you can grow your hair in a weave. you also have to keep it moisturized. Same as if you wore cornrolls for that long of a time. But nobody would ever do that because your roots are gonna be hella grown out. Duh. #dumb video

  • NICE!!!IM 6 MONTHS NATURAL ONLY AND MY HAIR HAS GROWN SOO MUCH CHECK MY CHANNEL @BEAUTYFASHIONTUBE

  • nice mine longer and im black

  • wt is the music u used calld?

  • @STARCHILD4L i think its "Carmina Burana" correct me if i'm wrong

  • LIES! cause i saw the real video

  • can you also do sew-in's? and if so are there things that I need to do before getting the sew in?

  • I'll be damned if I'd wear any kind of fake hair if I had hair like THAT.

  • @princessfly11 LOL thats how she got hair like that BUT growth rates differ so much in everyone. I have been wearing weaves for a year now to grow out a wedge cut in 2010 my hair is no where that long and I take good care of it.

  • ROFL! Same clothes + same daylight = hair has been chopped off from the left picture. Nice try. :P

  • @misslechateau that is to show the growth!! smh

  • @lavvy2585 Wait.. you actually believe that? LMAO!!!

  • @misslechateau ok please explain it since you much smarter than I am

  • @lavvy2585 Aww of course! I am much smarter than you. Thank you!

  • @misslechateau I fee so bad even with a masters and an aviation background you are still smarter than I am

  • @lavvy2585 Incorrect. Spell "F E E L" :)

  • @misslechateau Thank you!

  • beautiful she makes me want to perm my hair...lol but instant weaves are heaven SENT SHE NEVER LIED BOUT THAT!!!!

  • They removed lula4911 's comment!!!!!!

  • Yeah i'm guessing lula4911 is one of those ignorant going natural people

  • @jessipie95 are you saying going natural is ignorant or she is is just ignorant????

  • @skyywilson91 No i'm juss saying she's ignorant.

  • i did the same thing! shit works!

  • is your pubic hair also long and flowing in the wind, i bet it flows in the face of some white boy like you his white girl with the deep dark tan, and the pink soft center in the middle of the chocolate nugget ...

  • Oh great, now I have to find lula4911 comment...

  • @Marichuy92 IKR, I was just said the same thing lol

  • @Marichuy92

step 1: press see all to see all the comments on one page

    step 2: press ctrl+F

    step 3: type "lula4911"

    step 4: read comment

    :)

  • @karinefizzy Hey tnx, didn't know it's that tricky. Too bad the comment is removed.. =)

  • @Marichuy92 yeah, I know, but kinda wanted people to know anyways

  • aria trio loves this

  • why is she wearing the same shirt in both of the pictures

  • Did you grow your actual hair or the weave, lol?!

  • @Destinay4lyf LOL Exactly! She found it through Google and pretend it's actually a weave/wig that does grow. Bahahaha! Hilarious!

  • there is one UNKNOWN method for hair - very easy diy at home...

  • WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE SUMMER!

  • O Fortuna :D

  • wtf @ that music and was a waste of cyberspace

  • nice hair...The music creeped me out a little. IJS

  • @lula4911 what about the cancer patients.. do you realize you said that they put horsehair and dead indian hair on they head... evn tho blk men may not like it (if they dont).. after you pull it out it will be long bet you they like that

  • I used to think Oh , girls w. fake hair thats so fake guys dont want that but I'm starting to see girls wear weave for specific reasons like this and instead of putting the hot comb or curling iron , or flat iron to their natural hair they just do it too a weave because they have nuttin to loose , so thanx for this video

  • It sure looks like both pics were taken the same day to me.

  • @bbbcai5 hilarious!

  • lmao @ the music.

  • d'f is with this music?

  • Gets my goose when people try to shove natural hair down our throats and look down on people who are different. It's a free country and we all have choices. My hair is natural but I choose to flat iron it when I feel like it. It's my hair, and it's healthy. I love natural hair and hairstyles, but it's all about choices.

  • that is weave

  • @andrewprettyboyswag1 no its not you should check out the rest of her videos before assuming

  • @andrewprettyboyswag1 its not weave and why would you think its weave

  • @andrewprettyboyswag1 it's not a weave check out her other videos...

  • o.O!

  • this is the music i play when my friends walk towards me.......lol

  • this music is spooky

  • I am natural and this my protective style for this winter. people are ass holes sometime in the natural hair community. i had long when i was relaxed with no problem. any how I love the video!

  • dramatic

  • is it weird i like this song? (:

  • @thegirlinhotpink nope :)

  • @thegirlinhotpink No, the music is great. However, it is normally used as a background to epic battles. It has nothing to do with hair.

  • @thegirlinhotpink no ur not weird...i love baroque music

  • those that dont like the music should turn down the sound and/or open another tab playing a song you like in the background...you could also listen to ur ipod/ cd/ whatever...just stop complaining...there's absolutely no need for complaints..after all u'll get all the info needed by reading the text (and u dnt need sound for that)

  • this video is the truth, my hair was damaged, so i got about 3 inches cut off,, my hair was already long, but after the cut short, like in the 1st pic,. i got a sew in weave, i wore it for 3 weeks (long stroy) then wore my hair natural , gelled in buns/pin ups for like 3 months and went & got my hair straightened & it grew back to what it was before i cut the 3 inches:D

  • Can you please tell me how do you acheive this hair cut?? I'm searching for a video that's explains how to cut your hair in ''v'' on you own (I do not trust the salon).

  • muuusic :o

  • @lula4911 if it is not that serious uhhh why respond? yeah next you def need to get your meds!

  • @brooklynsfirstlady GET A CLUE DEAR. THIS CRAP IS OLD.

  • Ha ha I've played this intro song in a concert before. (It was long, like 10 pages of sheet music O_o

  • Sweet! My friend recommended I wear a half-wig in the winter too. I think i'm gonna try that!

  • that song always creeps me out!

  • my science teacher plays this when he's showing us an experiment. lol

  • The song actually talks about a woman with hair and going bald also

  • Does this work for white girls?

  • @RaenaeBaby lol weaves are just a way of protecting ur

hair in the cold!!! it doesnt actually make it grow longer

  • LOOK PEOPLE I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT ALL THE RANTING AND RAVING IS ALL ABOUT FOR MY COMMENTS. I JUST STATED MY VIEWS ON WEAVY PEOPLE. ALL OF THE WEAVIES ON THIS PAGE TURNED THIS UGLY.

  • @lula4911 your an idiot, i dont wear a weave , but theres no way i would put someone down because they do , ffs its their hair so shut the f up ffs , do what you want to your hair and let them do what they want to theirs!!

  • uh most every one grows about half an inch in a month so .5 X 4 = 2 the key is NOT CUTTING YOUR HAIR

  • @lula4911 she is married hun... sometimes people have to do what makes them happy not because they trying to please a man!! she has hair and knows how to take care of it with weave and without it as well.

  • Comment removed

  • @lula4911 if you knew anything not to be smart but weave doesnt come for dead people or animals like lloyd he cut his hair and donated it for a good cause! some people have low self esteems and want to improve it so you shouldnt down others! YOU ARE THE SICK ONE black people love the skin there in and it doesnt matter if they wear weave or not some just wear weave to make there hair thicker so to you i say FUCK OFF!

  • @lula4911 <<<----Somebody is nappy and unhappy; not everybody has to go natural to grow and retained length. She is only PROTECTING HER HAIR! stop all that hating and negativity...black men dont want females like her? How do you know what black men want? Black men don't want females like you who bash others. STFU with all that NEGATIVITY! and you are very ignorant to think people use "horse hair" and dead people hair....do your research before you starting jumping off at the mouth.

  • @creole17 SAY THAT GIRL!

  • @creole17

    lmao @ nappy and unhappy

  • @creole17 but why do so many black women need straight hair? Other than they want to look professional or acceptable or pretty? I am just sick and tired of seeing women torture and limit themselves for a 1000 dollar weave, or burn their scalps or expose themselves to harmful toxins simply to fit in. In my opinion I think it takes a strong woman, black or white, to show her natural self, and quite frankly, a lot of black women do not have that tenacity.

  • @katrin15 maybe because they feel they can manage their hair better, that's something that you need to discuss with them. Not everybody perms their hair for the same reason just like everybody doesnt go natural for the same reason. However, I am natural I just can't stand when black women tries to destroy others with words. So what ya'll don't like her hair; its not ya'll hair. You can voice your opinion but don't mean its right for her.

  • @katrin15 I wonder the same thing..I love their curly hair on black people, best. They are so gorgeous with curly hair like that. Short or big Afro looks amazing on women.. They can do anything with hair. Forget the weaves! :)

  • @creole17 also nappy and unhappy... really?

  • @katrin15 Yes really sweetie, NAPPY and UNHAPPY! Whoop-di freaking doo!! She ask for it, next time she won't be so negative, dead ppl hair really? People donate their hair all the time, whether its for little girls who are cancer patients or a sister who looking to get a sew-in next week. You cannot state false FACTS! I grew up over seas and seen, first hand, how the hair is collected over seas and its not dead people or horse boo boo.

  • @creole17

The nappy part was not necessary. Especially since yours is as well beneath whatever you do to it. And the two certainly do not go hand in hand. If one needs to change their hair to be happy their priorities are all kinds of jacked up. In standing up for weave wearers you helped to make the divide worse. Congratulations :)

    #teamhappynappy

  • @tuxu14 What you fail to realize is that I am NATURAL so what are you saying? NAPPY, KINKY, CURLY or WHATEVER you would like to call it ive been it for years, you probably new at this. What you also fail to realize is that what ever she does to her hair has NOTHING to do with you, so your priorities is 100% jacked up. WHAT segregation are you talking about? SMH I'm pretty sure you was TEAMPERM, FLAT IRON, and HOT COMB for years before daring to go natural so have a seat anonymous user.

  • @creole17 Sit down you obnoxious twit.

I don't care what your hair looks like. And don';t pretend that you know anything about me or my hair. I also am not one of the people hating on her hair (and what are you...her body guard?)

  • @tuxu14 >.< Lol hilarious, I can't, I cannot even argue with an ignorant anonymous fool like you. I don't recall saying you was "hating" however I do recall stating that your priorities was screwed up since you are so worried with what black women are doing to their hair. Like I said before take a seat cause nothing you are saying is "relevant" to the point I'm trying to make, which is STOP trying to bring down your race, we have plenty of others who are doing that. HAVE A GOOD NIGHT!

  • @creole17 You've been doing a lot of arguing on this post actually.....And you sure have a childish way of getting your point across.

  • @tuxu14 Says the one who called me a twit? GTF I'm curious on why you are continuing to write me back? Obviously there is 100+ individuals who agreed on what I said. You get what you give. It is distasteful that someone like have to knock others down, especially a black woman. I really would like for you to upload a video and pictures so you can see how many RACIST individuals bash you (on youtube) about your hair and you'll think twice about segregation within this BLACK community.

  • i just turned off the sound ......

  • exactly! girls that wanna grow their hair need to learn to leave it alone.

  • Nah...I'm never putting fake weave in my hair. I would like for my real chemically straightened hair to grow out on its own.

  • U go girl!

  • great i am getting my lace front front wig to protective style with. Winters in Ireland are harsh

  • That was very dissapointing!

  • nice dramatization with the music lol

  • THIS SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROYALLY

  • I jus my wig at W W W NATURALVIRGINHAIR DOT COMe and my sis got the weave hair..it is amazing they have Idian and Malaysian hair..looks so goood!!

  • You know i just rlly want to thank you because you are a sister whos weave does not look like some chubacka shit (how ever the hell you spell his name) i would think tht is your hair but i would still knw its not....... thts not the point the point is that your weave looks fantastic and not some of this circus ole ive been seeing in DC so thank you

  • Wow I'm the same thing I'm wearing half wigs with my personal regimen and I retained 1 inch within 4 weeks....will post my regimen soon!!!

  • for instance moisture_shampoos and so on>>>>>>>>>>>>>st. lucia carribbean

  • so what are the tips plz i gat to know>>>>>>>>>>>>>st. lucia carribbean

  • im lmao cuz of the music. good video thouhgh

  • Comment removed

  • @nyeeezy - funny that you judge & state it's the white route when there's tons of other ethnic backgrounds that have straight hair as well. Straight hair isn't for me either, but seriously?

  • @mzbutaworth ok

  • cool

  • It is possible to grow out your hair with weaves! Might not work for everyone but it did work for me. I think its because the new growth in your hair is protected from harsh climate and heat styling and grows faster with the weave on. When I permed my hair 2 weeks after taking out the weave, it grew a good 2 inches! :D But you have to allow your hair to rest before just putting in another weave. I only put a weave on in the winter Not the summer! Hope this helped someone! :3

  • Nice hair. You really take good care of your hair.

  • Lovely! GREAT WORK.

  • 0:37, sounds like they are saying cottage cream cheese! hahahaha

  • TO EVERYONE FREAKING OUT ABOUT THE MUSIC...yes it was used for a scary movie, it is actually a song from a 1930's cantata by Carl Orff entitled Carmina Burana and the actual movement is O Forturna "...covers a wide range of topics: the fickleness of fortune & wealth, the ephemeral nature of life, the joy of the return of Spring & the pleasures & perils of drinking, gluttony, gambling & lust"...research and stop being a media drone...whatever u see or hear on tv or movies is truth...NOT

  • @dleifstrah The music was also used in Glory with Denzel Washington.

  • @dleifstrah oh really!! everytime i hear it i think michael jackson..lol

  • @dleifstrah well, i don't know you guys and it has passed 3 months, but this song scared me and made me get mad. what is wrong with this girl? I think that is too much drama for a hear matter. But good luck with your hair, it's pretty. :)

  • srsly?this music on this video..

  • maam why dont you ever explain things in your videos this is the second video I have seen where you just show pictures no dialogue I am unsubing

  • ill try this definately

  • why u want ur hair longer? it was already long.... well ur hair

  • why did u pic that song??? well to each is own i guess...... anyway nice hair

  • why do u have on the same exact shirt though ??? its a coincidence u put on the same shirt in the next 4 months jus saying

  • @dymepyce616

maybe it was to show the growth DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good vid creepy song

  • i do this...it works.. less heat..condition twice a week then i wears me my wigs...i love it... meanwhile my hair is natural and sexy underneath

  • I like to cut my hair short in the spring and I usually let the style grow out in September (long enough to attach a drawstring ponytail). The rest of the fall/winter I keep it in some type of hair piece. It always grows long. I wash and condition my hair every week. I use Organic Olive Oil Hair Pudding on my hair. It works really well to maintain moisture & keep hair healthy. I also use a little bit of their Edge Control. (Hairpiece about $10) Also Ampro Purple Rain Gloss Spray works well.

  • THIS IS TRUE I DO THE SAME THING TO MAKE MY HAIR GROW THEY GROW VERY FAST WITH WEAVE ,WIG ARE BRAID THAT BECAUSE YOU LEAVE YOUR HAIR ALONE THE LESS U DO TO YOUR HAIR THE MORE THEY GROW AND IT PULL YOUR HAIR MORE TO, JUST DO YOUR HAIR WITH WEAVE WING, BRAID PUT GROW OIL ON IT ANY OIL TAKE YOUR VITAMIN , WHAT EVER WORK FOR U IN IT WILL GROW SO FAST.

  • wig :/

  • I dont like weaves and wigs cause it smells funky after a while

  • @diggyfan

    wash them...

    rinse wig with shower head

dilute shampoo w/ water and pour on wig and squeeze shampoo into wig while rinsing with shower head and air dry.

With cheaper wigs aka my synthetic La Jay (£20) I just buy a new one each month...waaaay cheaper than going to the salon

  • damn that growth look sexy. kuddos to u boo lol

  • um

  • i have weave now ndi had it in for 1 month almost for 2 wat do i do next?

  • I think the reason why your hair grows fast with weave because it is hidden and protected and not expose by the harsh environment, chemicals and the natural oils from the scalp which helps a lot in promoting hair growth is not wash away. Your hair is so beautiful! love it!

  • @gincelocent Exactly! I wear my hair in a bun with one of those fake braided buns covering it 99% of the time. When I do wear it down, it's almost always either in a single braid or in a loose ponytail and it's long enough that people think it's a clip on, LOL! I've worn it down maybe three times in the last several years and when I did you'd think the aliens had landed! People made such a big deal about my 'weave' and then went O.O when I proved it was real. That was fun actually, LOL!

  • Comment removed

  • Can you discuss your regimen during those four months?

  • WOOOOOOOOOWWWWW!! so you just wore wigs and weaves..half done?!?! if i could just know how to retain and grow my hair without breaking...cuz i have thick hair it would be amazing!! so can u get back to me on it please.

    Thank you :)

  • does the background music suits the tittle? =.=

  • My hair grows really fast. It is currently a little past my shoulder blades in the back :) I have never worn weave in my life, so if my hair (which was only shoulder length at the beginning of the school year (August)) could grow about 3-4 inches w/o retainment in a school year, I'm pretty sure hers could grow with it over 4 months. My friend's hair is actually shoulder length now (it used to be at the base of her neck) after constantly wearing weave in it for a few months :) so it's possible.

  • actually my hair grows super fast with weaves also so i feel ya... :)

  • i believe u because i hair really showed length when i had sew in for a month while oiling my scalp with castor oil and that was my winter hair regimen too plus i got to relax and not stress over my hair

  • ....still looks like more than 2 inches. lol, and i think the ones trying to discredit you are jealous.
