  • My new motto . . . running is for pussies. So man, walking would be for . . . ? Great routine. Many thanks.

  • Hello! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got really defined Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

  • Sick intro song. Know your enemy!

  • u reallly inspire me

  • I had two Kettlebells at home each is 12kg and they are so small but the Workout is hard as hell. I don't wanna know how hard is it to swing big one's like these in the video.

  • Ok you have my attention, and thanks for this added all in one excercise for me. It is at times hard to find a excercise with the KB to fit my disablities this is one that fits the bill mate.

  • @thunderbare Awesome to hear man! Happy to help!

  • Hey Kris that Workout is beast I just orderet myself 2 kb's of 16 kg is it alright for starting . Please answer.

  • @PrideFEDORPride Hey Pride, if you have some experience with them and are able, 16's are good, however I would recommend 12's for beginners and depending on the person, for doubles - 8's may be a starting point. If you are keen to kick it off with 16's, just LEARN THE MOVEMENT WELL before you hit the double swings. Progress from 1kb and when you are in control of that, start hitting the doubles for 5 - 10 reps at a time.

  • @cochrane1985 thanks man I order 16's cause i have some experience in lifting weights but I didnt realise that it would be so hard, kb's is somehow different but I love it, hey thank again

  • Great vid mate!! Absolutely animal tried the excercise myself brill!!

Can u do it with one kettlebell?

  • @sammons66 Massive core workout with 1 KB! Swap hands each time..

  • now thats just showing off :)

  • @bigmaks123 What is the harm in showing off but it is a nice all in one excercise

  • @cochrane1985 thanks for the reply bud, cheers for the tip too. I'll do just that, having used kettlebell exercises lately, i can feel the strain, i love it! Haha. Cheers :)

  • FAB! This is my fave kettlebell exercise, great to see someone promoting it... :)

  • @MissHolly00 It's a ripper! Thanks for watching :)

  • Do you train with traditional weights (dumbbells, barbells, machines, etc.) in a gym? I'm wondering if it's possible to be as toned as you with kettlebells only.

  • @graciousSenor Hey there, I defitnitely train with resistance as well as KB's. Mainly Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Pull ups and Military Press. Incorporate the big lifts into your regime with KB's and you will build muscle and shred fat.

  • @cochrane1985 Thanks for the reply!

Compound, multi-joint exercises are definitely the best for getting crazy strong! I'll have to find ways to incorporate them while still at home.

  • Awesome Video, I became hooked on KB's about 3 months ago and I love them! And your video is nice to watch cause your hot and so is your accent (American Girl here).

  • @chikkalaura Haha.. I can't wait to test the accent when I get over there soon!

  • Great vid, and quality 'pussy' comment too. Will try some of this, i'll check your channel out for simpler techniques....got the strength but because i'm a whopper i'm not that agile! :)

  • @tancusmini Just watch yourself with the movement then mate. Best to incorporate simple cardio and simple resistance training (bodyweight exercises) to build yourself up to dynamic movements! THe last thing you need is an injury :)

  • you seem fit enough for 24kg bells mate, also pink competitions are awseome! :)

  • @vaderdetta Thanks. The 16's make me look better hah.

  • nice package

  • Proof is in the pudding. Anyone who watches this bloke and still says KB's aren't beneficial are kidding themselves. I lost 23 kg's (92 back to 69) in 3 months with a slight change in eating (not a diet) and 3 KB's exercises. 15 TGU's each side, 15 Bent Presses each side, and 5 minutes of Clean and Jerks, alternating cause I only had 1 KB. I started 9 weeks after a badly dislocated shoulder and with a crook back as my physio said KB's were perfect for rehab and I haven't had a bad back since.

  • @dcar4225 Cheers mate, going to buy a set. Would they be beneficial for my boxing training?

  • @epiccows damn tootin! They'll compliment each other. Being a boxer, you know the importance of footwork and balance while generating power delivering strikes. KB's will increase power, balance, strength endurance (vital for those last rounds) agility and more. They target your lats, which is the main muscle that transfers power from your core through your shoulders when punching. Look at Kostya in his prime! Be sure to get a lesson or 2 for technique. A video can't correct bad form.

  • @epiccows 100%! All fight sports are relevant to KB's, as the majority of your power is from your lower body + core. Which is smashed with KB's

  • @epiccows yes im a kickboxer and i uses them in training

  • @dcar4225 Thanks for sharing!

  • @dcar4225 What size did you use?

  • @Crimson7588 I usually use a 16 now, but that was with a 12 because of my shoulder injury

  • Just came across this and the comment "apologies. pussy" made me a forever fan....hahahaha

  • what weight are those kettlebells man? great workout btw

  • @mightyman094 Hey man, these are 16kg's.

  • @cochrane1985 those 16's look HUGE dude. What brand are they, cuz they look like my Ader 24kgs...!

  • @Yoruichi13

I thought the same thing! My 16Kg is much smaller. Those definitely look like 24Kg bells. It must be the brand. I suppose having a larger bell would move more weight further away from your grip, but they look like they'd be a little bulky for some exercises.

  • @TheNoblefamily They are PRO-GRADE Competition KB's, from 8kg - 60kg they are the same size. Thanks for watching

  • @Yoruichi13 They are Pro-Grade Competition KB's mate, all the same sizes from 8 - 60

  • do you know how many people you're calling pussies when you say running is for pussies mate?

  • @oogp Apologies. Pussy

  • @cochrane1985 I can run circles around you and then hit you in the head with my kettle bell faggot. fck u.

  • Excellent technique. You're also very hot.

  • @greenbunny13 Awesome!

  • @cochrane1985 thats a guy

  • @Joelwww7 Hey Joel, practice with lighter KB's and perfect your technique. The lover back is one of 3 major 'hip extensors', with the Glutes being the primary muscle used for hip extension and therefore, the KB swing.

In answer, your lower back is not a main component of this movement!! A set of strong glutes, stretched hip flexors and good technique will see that your back is not isolated and will be fine!

    Get that Ass to work.

  • Dude you are in great shape.

  • @SMHS28 Cheers!

  • @SMHS28 Cheers!

  • Hey bro! Good video!

Question, I havenever used some of those kettlebells things so I wonder, how do I prepare my lower back to start workingout with them?

    Cheers!

  • Is that a gun in your shorts or are you just happy to clean and press?

  • @Crimson7588 Haha

  • PRO

  • peRFectjaguar master the basics before moving onto the fancier moves that involve high spinning hand catches and changes. Find a kb teacher, I brought a great Dvd called; London Kettlebells of amazon. This shows many of the classic basic moves.

  • Kbs can reduce injuries you obviously are guessing and know very little about how much research goes into the fitness industry. They are also great for your fascia because you handle then differently this is great for when you need to do something in real life such as sport or gardening. I love free weights to as I teach Body Pump.

  • @yZarify I know what the moves involve, I wouldn't be much good at teaching it if I didn't. It is perfectly safe to swing, the swing is good for the hips and core its powerful and great cardio. I teach people way older than 35. I could use a pen to kill someone or I could write then a love poem, like I said early its what you do with the kit that matters. Kbs are great if used correctly, like in this video.

  • @yZarify any piece of equipment can cause injury if someone doesn't know what they are doing, but as a experienced group exercise instructor and personal trainer i would recommend them under tuition to get good form and gradual progression.

  • @nocomments2016

These trainers here are like how old? 35 at maximum? Of course you wont notice any injuries or attritions that early, unless you trained your whole life using these kettlebells. Also, just watch the movie. Everything involves swinging, no real strength

  • @yZarify Good point! Check out my video of one of my clients smashing out a huge KB workout. He is in his late 50's. You can find it on my channel! They are also awesome for those guys who have spent 30+ years doing lateral shoulder raises and cable push downs man. We all need some variety!

  • @yZarify you are incorrect, Kettlebell courses are recognized on the reps and other Industry organisations, and run by training providers world wide, Multi million pound gym chains want credibility so they don't just use some random shit off shopping channels they use what works!!!!!! I can see why a body builder would get injured because they are used to isolating splitting muscle groups and they are strong in limited vectors so would need to go lighter than they think they need to at first.

  • I don't run unless shit chases me bro...good shit!

  • @davenslice Haha! THanks for watching!

  • Nice job bro!!! Great technique and creativity with your juggling!

  • @FullSpectrumFitNWell Thanks very much for watching, love the feedback!

  • Dang, this dude is straight up gangsta...

  • @x78340 Hells yeah!

  • @x78340 Hell yeah!

  • Running is for pussies.

God damn, but there is nothing that can substitute it; kettlebells don't even come close

  • @Valholm Running is awesome! I should have used the word 'jogging'. 'Jogging' is definitely for pussies. Sprint!

  • Exercising with kettlebells is just as intelligent as listening to justin bieber

  • @yZarify

    Could you explain?

  • @jgfergus

Sure, i'm german though so don't mind my grammar ;) The issue with kettlebells is that training with them overstretches your joints. They swing too much.

Even when youre well trained and fit, there is so much you can do wrong. My advice is, stay with dumbbells. I alone know two well trained bodybuilders who almost ruined their wrists working out with kettlebells

  • @yZarify

    Ok...thanks man!

  • @yZarify I saw some bodybuilders in my gym today tapping their feet to the Beibs!

  • Your sick !!!! I love it... Good Moves...

  • @vinyard7777 Thanks heaps!

  • what if i drop it on my foot?

  • @peRFectjaguar You've got 2 of them, just use the other foot!

  • @peRFectjaguar It will hurt and probably wont drop it again:)

  • @peRFectjaguar quick feet are happy feet.

  • Wow, what a nice body...what acute accent! ;)

  • Thanks for raising awareness to kettlebell training, running is not only for pussies, I everyone has also heard that it is bad for the joints and not to mention, unnatural.

  • @flbk8597 Thats true, with good technique and flexibility maintenance KB's can be safer than running. Keep training hard!

  • hmm those 16kg kettle bells look kinda heavy haha I was going to start with 16... I wonder if I can handle it...

  • @DaveC86 Mate, start with 12's and progress to 16's. Get the technique cemented and move up weight when confident (or bored :)

  • @cochrane1985

I ended up getting 1x 16.. probably going to get 2 12's for the double movement's.. I struggle with 16 alone XD

  • @DaveC86 Sounds like a plan Dave.. Remember to stretch your hips before every workout with KB's. Keep it up!

  • Haha legend, because "Running... is... for... pussies!" damn straight! Amen to that brother!

  • If I had a body like that, I'd never wear clothes. I'd be like, "Clothes? What are those?!"

  • @LVishere Hahaha

  • Subscribed!

  • @DXTRChannel Awesome! Thanks!

  • Good form man! very good juggling as well......

  • @7creator Thanks bud!

  • @7creator Thanks for watching!

  • Nice toned body, not over ripped. Sexy!

  • @Lazybabyz Damn!! I'm going to have to get shredded now! :)

  • Wow!

  • Great workout Kris & yes jogging is for 'Pussies'.
