  • lol...the train invades hahaha. but this is a GREAT GREAT pit!

  • holy pit

  • Anyone else enjoy that little moment of cavies more than the rest?

  • Train's applauding for them at the end. (:

    They're all so freaking buff!

  • @TehMuffinMeng Center 3 are using VF 184's and outside marimbas are using Andrew Markworth 232's.

  • STUPID TRAIN XD

  • Was that the brass in the end? XD

  • Cavies- Xtraordinary in the background xD

  • @thriving11 no need for the hostility! :) I just personally wouldn't have used quite so much cowbell. But I'm not the tech! Just an opinion, not a knock on playing ability at all.

  • You can hear cavvies practicing in the background when they have a few bars rest at the start of the piece.

  • They really sound great but is the constant cowbell really necessary as late in the season as San Antonio lol? Maybe a little here and there would be fine, but that part might as well be in the show if that's how it's rehearsed.

  • @EggManLives Look, it never hurts to check to tempo. NEVER. Also, each and every rep is something more complex than one before it a.k.a. one large check pattern. Meaning if they're checking something (their interpratation of time) it has to be compared to something else (a metronome). They few amoungst the many have natural skillz like those above, so I challenge to do the same thing at the same level with same mallets. IT'S NOT THAT EASY!!

  • @EggManLives But, playing with a met never hurts.

  • their marimba line = INSANE chops.

  • This is the "Magic Breakdown to the 176 of Paint it Black"
