Unfortunately, I can't locate (on the Net at least) the full version of either this speech, or Russell saying the Prologue from his Autobiography in audio format, that you're referring to. I think you were alluding to the snippets which are included in the YT video 'The Three Passions of Bertrand Russell'. Apparently, that video is based on a three part video series on Russell by TVO, but haven't been able to locate that either.
