If you asked any man who is sacrificing himself for his moral duty if he desires to do so he might well say "No." Desire is that we wish to do, duty is that we have to do.

    Unfortunately, I can't locate (on the Net at least) the full version of either this speech, or Russell saying the Prologue from his Autobiography in audio format, that you're referring to. I think you were alluding to the snippets which are included in the YT video 'The Three Passions of Bertrand Russell'. Apparently, that video is based on a three part video series on Russell by TVO, but haven't been able to locate that either.
