Yes ailee20, we were on 3 floor and got to see everything happening in the town square there. This was in August.

I stayed in that same room in March 2007. The air conditioner didn't hardly work.  lolz

Worked great for us. What concerned me was the electrical outlet that was about two feet from the shower head. And 220 volts no less. Yikes! LOL

Took me three days to figure out that you had to wait 15 minutes to get any hot water. :( I Loved the location, if you didn't mind all the noise, we spent some time at the el centro, that was fun.
