  • An arsehole in a Audi Q7 would not of done this... or could.

  • stupid people only look and dont help

  • @mareklnenicka not really, what can they do, they shouldnt push the truck from behind, if it slipped back down the hill it would be fatal

  • i find it interesting that nobody came out to help push the lorry out! it's just like being here in canada! many on lookers not enough do'ers.

  • my TD4 puma with anti stall , and 1st gear low will easyly get this one out :D

  • First off he needs a Landcruiser and he should just keep it in low range first gear and keep the wheels spinning abd save his poor clutch!!

  • @radiostarcountry i have to laugh at this comment due to the amount of landcruisers and hiluxes that i pulled out this year

  • @JasonHam41 Thats pretty silly if you think about it, everything can get stuck! Just because it was stuck and you pulled it out dosen't mean a landrover would have done any better in the position the Toyota was in. Get me?

Landcruiser-Landrover are just as capable off road as eachother, but I like the fact that my LC dosen't break down all the time and that I can drive it to 350,000 miles and it still drives better than any landrover.

  • @radiostarcountry landrover seem to have a bad reputation with reliablity but in my personal experience mine has never given me any problems the spanners only come out for routine service work

  • well they were trying to help and thumbs up for that but sombody should have told the old lady that it helpfull to put rags underneath the front tire for the rangie .

  • @MonsterTheasUncle truckers still have to do their job no matter what the weather is unlike people like you who are scared of a bit of slush!

  • @MonsterTheasUncle obviously you dont sound like a trucker mate and i can admit im not one either but my dad has been one for 40 years and he used to drive tankers in the snow all the time and what people dont realise if its milk or any other liquid its sloshes to the back going uphills and of course it then raises the back of the lorry up where the drive wheels are and when you get conditions like this its damn near to impossible to get uphills!!

  • My kingdom for a shovel. Is there not one shovel in the UK? Or are all lorry drivers that bloody lazy?

  • Its a big shame that the trucker couldnt managed to get up for that "hill" He should return the keys to the office!

    Pro-trucker my ass

  • one new range rover clutch please, this guy must have been pissed, would not have been me.

  • @battlestarone this wont need a new clutch the low range box would have massivly limited the amount of stress on the clutch

  • if not for the lack of grip that rangey could have pulled the truck. I've seen it done

  • Its a shame that the pick up driver never linked on the rangerover, would have made it easy, a valiant effort to the landrover guy, as a landy owner, ive noticed we all have something in common! we help others in trouble.

  • @offroadell

Right, but a hell of a lot easier if lorry just went back down hill, turned around and went home.

  • @offroadell Its a shame the range rover trying to pull that lorry.... He will need a new engine clucth and tyres...

  • @spinixDH 1. he would not need new tires because you use almost no rubber in snow because it is way to slick 2. a new motor? all cars go to that rpm alot and doing it here wouldn't do anything different than accelerating on the highway 3. he only needs a new clutch if he sucks at driving

  • @bloodhoun234 umm have you heard of engine load? its doesnt matter whether its a flat or a hill, or towing something, the engine has a load on it. and this lorry would of put a massive strain on the engine, but its the clutch that will take most of the beating from it.. so how does he suck at driving if he needs a new clutch, because the clutch acts as a saftey device for engine protection liek this, and a temporary neutral? tbh the skill needed to do this without stalling.. youll be suprised..

  • What the hell was he thinking? The Horseshoe pub is right behind him and he wants to drive away from it, in the snow?!

He should've parked it and got pissed instead!
