Luther wrote lengthy theological justifications for Christian antisemitism in the sixteenth century. But institutional Christian antisemitism dates back to the second and third century. Third century Christians outlawed the Sabbath so as not to "judaize" themselves - that's why they go to church Sunday not Saturday. Hitler didn't need inspiration.
