I just started using sage a few weeks ago as I became ill. It really is a wonderful tool, I was kind of shocked at how centering it is, as I kind of stumbled upon it not knowing what to expect. I use it daily now, and for some strange reason, it helps with motivation. This is probably due to the fact that it cuts through unrealistic anxieties based on blockages, essentially giving me my energy back, and helping me to act more naturally towards the goals of the day. Good stuff. :)

Native Americans have used crystals for healing (cherokees especially) and other purposes for centuries and still continue using them. Some tribes even bury crystals with the dead, not to mention that shamans use them aswell and egyptians long before them.

So before you start talking about something that you clearly have no information about; research it.

thank you for sharing this. it's great you warn people about artificial incense. i use both of these two tools all the time soon, and they can remove negative auric energies very visibly. people should be sure to wash crystals with salt after using them to remove the negative energy they pick up so they don't broadcast them. i have a dvd series, Interpersonal Dynamics of the Aura, which goes into using these tools because they are so helpful. thank you again.

Hi, That was a great video, I have never used Sage, but will try that when I find some. I do use Crystals daily. I always carry a crystal in my pocket - I use different ones depending on how I am feeling. Crystals are very powerful and I agree with you about getting rid of the negative energy--I am enjoying ur you tube videos, Brenda
