This is, without a doubt, the funniest clip ever. What makes it good is the fact that the Simpsons don't usually go the route of 'time fillers' like this. I'm crazy about "Family Guy" too, but they do that sort of thing all the time, to the point where you want to scream 'stop it, for the love of God, stop it! It wasn't even that funny and to repeat it, just makes me want to scream...', you know?
My nephew stepped on a rake not long ago but it went right through his toe, (he's fine now)...would I be wrong to send this clip to his dad (my brother)? Advice please...lol!
Would you believe this bit was initially made as an attempt to extend the episode so it would meet up with the required running time? Who would've known a simple episode-extension trick would become such a popular gag?
@najhoant I don't think he's "saying" anything :) I think he's just letting out a strangled growl and trying to keep his cool. This is my favourite Sideshow Bob scene :)
