  • Fresh~!

  • Most of them aren't even live btw.

  • The water is probably so hot it dies before it feels any pain.

  • damn look at the color change looks so good

  • im pretty sure they die instantly

  • some people believe if you eat food that has suffered you will absorb the suffering and it will possess ur body. i've never known asians to have the belief that if you eat something that has endured great suffering you may be eating bad energy

  • too clear to be oil thats boiling water

  • why you put them in so slowly and first with tail? you suck

  • that is not live..live shimp will jump

  • if u put that person into hot oil, wonder what will happen :)

  • @daimin1 We should try it.

  • cruel

  • R.I.P Shrimpy

  • Now I want to eat shrimp!

  • How about i come and drop you in some boiling water?

  • man ur lucky of being able to eat them :( i cant i am allergic to them ... i miss eating shrimp

  • wheer can you buy live shremp?

  • @mofokraut China

  • @mofokraut A lot of Asian supermarket in American sells them live.

  • i think it is crube but why you didint cut his head before you put them in that water? you give those poor animals a crude death fully with pain... its better than other vids i saw but... still a mindless comportation

  • @szilike08 heads taste good too

  • yum shrimp

  • they die 0.2 secs after touching the hot water

  • Why did they not scream?

  • The oil must be really hot to kill it quick, shrimp has a small body size

  • It was water.. not oil.

  • @srs232 thats oil bud

  • @bloodgenius1993 i was there, it was water

  • @bloodgenius1993 what do you think that is oil? what did hot oil react when you put shrimp soad with water on it?

  • Because that was lobsters and it turns out that peta was lieing. If you look you'll find videos by a few chefs who have never heard a lobster scream before despite of years cooking them.

  • @olstar18 some lobsters will scream, but only the REALLY REALLY big ones, and its just hot air escaping through the carapace, not a "scream" but im sure youknow that

  • hmm guess the deaths quick, plus their tasty :D yum

  • Cool. I only get to eat either frozen shrimp or tailed, de-veined shrimp on ice.

    Fresh seems way better.

  • They do Shrimp sticks at kentucky now, its deep fat fried shrimp tangy bbq sauce with it too. my mate gary works there brings live ones home with him and we cook enm together yeah!!!

  • XD i love it so much im gonna try it my self

  • y laugh?

  • erm..... Overkill

  • yes one by one so when u retrieve them some will be half done and some overcooked.

  • @hokman1 ... or take them out in the order you placed them? if you threw them all in, the water(oil?) temperature would drop and they would cook/die much slower.

  • actually at most asian markets you can look in the seafood section and get live shrimp.. costs way more though

  • poor litlle guys

  • i'd rather eat live seafood or know it was alive b4 i cook it instead of buy dead frozen ones

  • you can get live shrimp you just got to know where to look. =P

  • You are so lucky to be able to get live shrimp! I can only get frozen, seafood is best if it is alive right before cooking!!

  • Yup, now here in the states it's all frozen, or thawed after being frozen.

  • Depending on where you are, there's a couple places you can get it good and live, but yeah, most of the time you're stuck with stuff that was probably harvested some months or even as much as a year prior.

  • @srs232 Not true...In a lot of restaurants on the gulf coast, seafood is brought in fresh daily.

However, They will most likely be frozen now and shipped in from other areas due to the fantastic oil rig leaking into the gulf.

  • brutal

  • A non-stick wok? Most Chinese purists would say that's the worst kind of wok there is.

  • Oh, its not a non-stick wok. Its all those years of grimy "seasoning" which makes it look that way.

  • Okay then.

  • yummmmy~~!
