@A49B12C well at my school the guys do and they sometimes even say something that is very sick... also our class at the end of last grade had a mini unit thing on that where we watched videos (both boys and girls in the same room) that was showing a diagram of what the inside of one looked like... but that could be very different with your class if they haven't done that yet, or just don't know.
