This video could have been taken after 9/11 as they used a reserve Mack until they took delivery of a new Seagrave in later 2002. The same truck in this video Mack Tower ladder 1 was in the documentary 9/11 which aired Feb 2002.
@mcrking35 their newer rig at the time was crushed, they were using the spare as the frontline apparatus until the new rig arrived, it was 4 months after 9/11.

hes wrong truck 1 was crushed so after the attacks in like early 2002 they used tower ladder ones spare like you see in this vid

I was visiting NY in January 2002. I'm a retired London Fireman and this was the first time I had managed to pay my respects after 9/11.
