hum i use wheel to take the last used weapon (for awp mostly) instead of Q.. i just have to push a bit the wheel and it take deagle, then switch back to awp.. and i don't move my finger from mouse1 since i use the right finger.. is it bad? it isn't innacurate neither since my mouse-wheel rotate by "steps" and not continuously...

btw, i don't pretend to be good and i don't want to be a pro gamer anyway so it isn't really important to me >_<

It makes a the game smaller, but u gotta get used to it.

and second of all. many pro gamers use the arrow keys. i dont but i've seen it on many lan tournaments where big teams as SK, NIP, mTw and others have played. they have configured there 1234 "prim;second;knife;grenades" so u can play with the arrows. and for playing as long as i think u have. ur not even close to good. and this was not a Expert guide. it was from "not played Cs before to how to walk guide :|"

I've been through that and i know how it's like... Remember , i didn't pass my college exams cause of CS.

remove it from you pc... That's a start... Find some interesting sites on the internet and spend your time. There are tons of them. Play CS only in internet cafes with your buddies , not alone. Download movies , watch porn , get bored on facebook. Go out with your friends or your girl. CS is a drug! You can't just quit , but you must!

i've played cs for about 7 years or so... I used to play on a 19" screen and lately on 22"... I think that gameplay can change if you play cs on a widescreen. Smokelag is probably about your graphics card. Try turning your anisotroping filtering and anti-aliasing effect from your pc OFF and see if you get some better results.

As for the next guide... i really don't know if i'm going to do it yet...

I've quit cs for more than a year now , so no team.. At your desktop , right click , properties , settings tab , advanced , click your graphics card tab and there you have all your graphics card settings... If you search there , you will find those two options... Turn them off...

I was ok but don't forget there are more important things than CS... At my age it's difficult to focus on a game like i used to when i was 20 years old...

There is one adjustment inside steam options for smoke grenades... Sorry but i can't remember how it's called... Search the options , find the one about smoke grens and experiment with it. It may fix your problem.

I think that if you don't have a 22'' wide screen , 640 works...

Recoil control comes with experience.

lol using the arrow keys isnt any different from wasd. Unless you have short stubby fingers. You have delete, end, pg down, the number pad 7, 4, 1, 2, 0 all within your reach to bind grenades, weapon changes, etc. Ive been playing cs since 1.0 and i've been using arrows all along.
