They didn't chuck the civil war registration act with Brand New Day. There are still registered heros in this universe such as Jackpot. I'm not sure if Marvel is purposely making it seem like if Jackpot is Mary Jane but, if she is registered shouldn't peter parker know her real identity as it is suposed to be public? That is one of the biggest plot holes in the brand new day series. However I do enjoy the brand new day adventure so far (though I haven't read all the new issues yet).

I can´t believe it. Some of my favorite storylines in spidey (Harry becoming the Goblin, Venom scaring the shit out of pete and MJ, and Kraven´s last hunt, the best spidey storyline ever)never happened. What is going on?
