They don't give a rip what the story is about as long as it destabilizes their enemy. They are an arm of the old communist KGB that STILL runs Russia in the background. Notice how they are consolidating their forces and shutting down any real independence in the former Soviet states. Soon they will come out of the closet when the dollar falls
