be able to throw ppl down if u can be submited like a kid. They were humble, gave it up to bbj and learned it, pretty well btw. Now they've been making a lot of brazilian fighters look like kids with their sick wrestling skills. We have improved drastically together.

I made my second video for athletic body care for a broader audience so it could be more easily enjoyed. I'd encourage you to check that out to see if its more your style :)

To settle the dispute, the reason the gracie's are no longer top notch in mma, is because it is MMA now, and jiujitsu alone cannot beat someone who has almost mastered jiujitsu and almost mastered other things, MMA is the ultimate martial art, no 1 martial art can beat another. But in as a one Martial system , jiujitsu is probably the most efficient of all. It is great, but people need to understand it, like every other martial art evolved from others. Building off the losses of the others.

@Clandestine991 The notion of jiu-jitsu being absolutely perfect is nonsense. I knew full well that that was kimura applying the "kimura" to Helio. If you listen to the audio it talks about learning after losing something. Simply put the video reflects what is being said during the speech. That move is now known because of the Gracie Family calling the shoulder lock that from then on to honor what they had learned from that match.
