Pressure Washing a Problem Deck Before Staining

If you use a garden hose instead of a pressure washer, then you won't get the furring of the wood, which in turn leaves very minimal sanding to do. I haven't used a pressure wash yet this year and have done about 10 decks. I use Arborcoat by Benjamin Moore. Top of the line!
