  • @MrOther912 the tiger bend is a pushup,its all strength an balance.in forearm ups,its all kicking and balance.its a bboy freeze transition (blowup),not a pushup.

    best elbow pads ive ever had, not exactly ideal for spins but its do-able, it's very good for transitions and they are very comfy

  • hard hard hard move! i can only do 1 elbow up, but i dont really train this. its quite painful on the shoulder sometimes!

    it's the timing of the arms and the legs, more on the legs + the hips, but your arms should be strenghten through elbow hops (one handed) first =]
