Not true. A typical high rise has air connected at the boom and the entire line is then pushed back to ground level in to a waste bin or Agitator bowl. this is then dumped. this is normally about 3-5 cubic metres. A typical water wash out does not see 1.5m3 wasted. maybe only 0.3 to 0.5m3.
This job has extra as they are using coloured concrete. It is not possible to use air to push concrete up the building. its not about water recycling, its about waste concrete and injuries/incidents

Very profesional water washout operation.
