Well if you're going to send a message to 1 person; then go onto their profile and you will see an opyion under their profile photo saying, Send a Message.

If you need to Mass Message then Go to Inbox, and Type in names in the Sending To bar of how many names you want in, i don't care; but type your message and send. It's easy as that.
