I broke a T.V. and they lied about the $ amount they said I did 5k in dmgs. It was mine and my ex's tv and she dropped the charges. They still prosecuted me gave me 2 years probation and thousand $ fine. They also gave me BAtterd prevention class which is another 80 $ a month for 6 years. Now they arested my sister becuase she made an appointment for child support hearing and she called and said she couldnt make it. The ladiy on the phone said ok ill make note of it and now shes in jail

I've known several people who were falsely arrested in Wilco. One of their favorite pastimes is to follow a guy into a public restroom and stare at him while he eliminates so they can arrest him for "indecent exposure." Because it's so embarrassing 90% accept some shitty deal to avoid going to trial. Wilco gets fine money and the poor guy gets a criminal record.

Officer Leonard Stewart (11138) placed me under false arrest and tried to trump up a fake charge though I was doing nothing but minding my own business. Obviously they had to let me go but not without much intimidation, harrassment and physical abuse. He is a criminal that needs to be put in prison. The way Leonard Stewart touched me obviously pleasured him too much so I am guessing he is a closet self hating...well you know.
