What a great idea! Now imagine if they did that for people who really needed help staying warm for the winter, not those who just paid $500.00 for a plane ticket and were "forced" to play with their iPhones in their North face jackets while they waited for their bags already filled with clothes. Honestly our company NEEDS Don Fischer now more than ever, remember your roots GAP inc.! Very disappointed in OUR company right now. I hope you enjoyed your air time Virgin America.
