Even in poverty leaves people an option to choose. One of my brother in laws has 5 children. It has a tough time making ends meet, but he has refused involvement with the drug gangs. He knows once he is recruited there is no getting out. Others blame the US with the high drug use. How to solve the overall issue, I'll leave that to the politicians. Each person has a conscience that they can decide to listen to or ignore. Very few are actually forced to live a life of crime.
Obviously that young man was beaten by police...despite being turned away from the camera you can see his swollen eye....he was a lookout guy & although his involvement can never be condoned I can well understand his being recruited by the gang.....poverty makes people take desperate measures. Obviously that young man was beaten by police...despite being turned away from the camera you can see his swollen eye....he was a lookout guy & although his involvement can never be condoned I can well understand his being recruited by the gang.....poverty makes people take desperate measures. Its all so senseless
