I like the 'they are not going to collapse' comment! I did london 10K on Sunday, and I avoided the collapse by walking 500m between 7K and 8K. No way I was going to drop down at the finishing line!!!!!
I'm hoping to run in the Whiskey Row 10K run, next May.
My first competition since 1995 (when I ran high school track). But I have been running for years, for fitness in the last 13 years, but it would be great change of pace (for 1 time a year).

i run 10 k every second day now.. my personal record is 16.5km at the moment. i just seems to run out of energy when im going near the 20km
