i wouldn't recommend this phone i had it for about 3 mounth and all it did was freeze up turn its self off and call random people. it is very slow too also the handwriting mode sucks.

Thank you for this review. I was still debating wether I should get this phone or the Samsung Graviy, but I think I'm gonna get this one. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's so thick and doesn't have a full slide out keyboard.

Its really durable too, I knew this wouldnt be in the review cuz your not gonna drop the phone 30 times in review.

but I have this phone and I drop it ALOT, it still works just like the first day I got it. I love how easy it is to text on. but I do have to admit that I can never get a good picture with the phone and the video quality isnt all that great either, in my opinion.

@EmceeGeek I might get this because I live in an area where t-mobile is about the only service I can get at my house and at my friends' houses, so I need t-mobile. Children do not need phones and elders often refuse to own a cell phone, and if they do get one for some reason, it is SUPER basic, like the nokia 1661, because they actually understand that cell phones should be used for business and emergencies, not for recreation. And if you aren't just learning to type and if your hands don't hurt

Therefore, it'd only make sense if I meant small children, ones we'd be likely to babysit. Mid-to-late teens are considered young adults. So unless you lied about your age... This phone is absolutely horrible. I got this with my new T-Mobile service free. And this phone had to be something that Nokia just pushed out. This phone has a unstable platform it runs on. It becomes unresponsive and was refusing to answer calls by using the touch screen and softkey call button. THe phone is slow and and its not worth it. Symbian completely blows!

DONT get the nuron ive had it for three months and have had to call tmobile twice to get it replaced cuz the unit freezes,shutdsdown or crashes. vibrate wears out significantly fast with pixel freezing and touch sreen lock up. do not get this unless you want to be unhappy with it. dont even get it free it a p.o.s!!!!!

@despmez U just got a couple of bad handsets, I've had mine for almost 5 months now and it still runs brilliantly, like it did when I took it out of the box, no freezing, never locks up or shuts down. It is a good phone for the price.

I've had this phone for a week now and it is seriously a great phone. Even though it is kinda thick, it is not heavy in any kind of way. The resistive touch screen is actually understandable once you start using the phone. Personally, I love it and I think it is better than other smartphones (SIDEKICK!!) that I have owned in the past. And $10/mo for data is a deal you cant beat!

@shjesus The one tap and double tap is actually quite underrstandable once you start using the phone, (i have another Symbian s60v5 phone)... When you tap once you are selecting the item only, so if you select inbox by just tapping once, you could change settings related to the inbox... This applies for all one tap items, i personally got used to it immediately. If you think of it, on a regular pc, you also double click to open files... Does that bug you also??? No, i thought so...

The thickness can add some sturdiness, it's certainly better than those phones that feel as thin as paper. The resistive touchscreen is a bit much though, capacitive would've been much better =_=
