I have watched this video once a day for a few days now, as I think it's great! This morning when I put it on I suddenly thought 'oh Valerie, you've got the same top on again today!!!' ~ Which goes to show that for some of us, even with eft in our lives, there really isn't any hope at all!!! ;-)
