The older man in the suite you mentioned is speculated to be Tommy Vercetti and the man running from the cops is speculated to be CJ. I got a source that says the main protagonist is Hispanic and that characters from previous GTA games will make an appearance. So hopefully you'll be able to work alongside Tommy, CJ, and maybe even Claude and Niko

I completely forgot about the trailer, but I just watched it, and it looks amazing.

And since it takes place in Los Santos, I'm willing to bet they added San Fiero and Las Ventures as well.
