Your follow through is text book perfect. but you back swing is to loaded up. I bet you sliced this ball because of the distance your down swing needed to get back. Keep that right arm against your side as well. it will increase your lag longer. On your down swing at your shoulder level your hinge is already broken. Pause it and see what I mean. You have enough room for a phone book between your arm and body. Your pose right though. Wrap that driver around your head.
