This episode shows how self-destructive it is to hold on to your anger. Getting angry from time to time is perfectly normal. But, the bottom line is, that hanging on to your anger about something that happened a long time ago is sinful and unhealthy. I don’t know about the rest of you YouTubers out there, but this episode makes me feel sad for people that have anger management issue due to mental and psychological problems. I think it would be horrible to live a such a life.
