  • I have recently bought insanity but got ill so i couldnt do it straight away when i got it.Im gonna start on monday but i was wndering what people were to think if i did weight training aswell as this workout.I was thinking insanity every day and shaun t's upper body workout 3 times a week? what do u all think?

  • this workout was a little longer it seemed including your fit test, thats why some numbers didnt explode. plus your sore from tomorrow.

  • you can tell its eating your fat, (what little you have) cause your arms show more definition for the same size.

  • @fxcklabels You got that right! Look at it this way. Every Single Person in the Actual video takes multiple breaks during each session, even Shaun T! This is not a program you do 100% of but something you do 100% of your best ability. Break are required I say.

  • nice fit test but I think you need to dip your butt/hips down a lil more on your suicide jumps. (compare this video to how shaun t shows u on the video) i just started 2 days ago...definitely a workout!

  • i've watched your first fitness test n i just got done watchin this one. i agree with you on how you say you did try as hard because you didnt look at your first results. because in the back of your head i bet you were thinkin to yourself i know im gonna get more than what i got because i've been doin this for 14 days so when you get tired you begin to stop because you think you did good enough. but im keep watchin your vids. i hopen this workout really works

  • If you're jumping higher, then you're using up more time during your jumps so of course you'll be getting less reps. Jump as high as you were jumping during your first fit test and I bet you'll get in more reps. You're improving for sure.

  • Dip your rear end lower on the power jacks. Touch your arms to your knees on the power knees. Lower your rear end on the LPOs. Aside from that You did very good on your form for day 14. Have fun on your week 6 fit test. It's the worst one to do but after that you've got the rest of the program in the bag.

  • you should have taken your shirt off on the first video to see results!!! but you're looking great!! and your numbers are not that bad...after two weeks, you have increased consistency !!! congrats.

  • reason why they were lower is because you half assed them. your form and intensity was better the first day. mentality isnt there. sorry bruv, should be disappointed.

  • looking at his form in the first fit test to this one..it has improved alot..especially on the power jacks hes breezing through them

  • I think you need to take into consideration that the first time you take the fit test, your form is not as good as it is when you continue taking the fit test in subsequent weeks. Your form ends up improving as you go,i.e. I thought on my first switch kick test that I was all that on the height, but it was very apparent as I went along week by week that my form greatly improved...so sure, I could probably due a hundred more kicks with my original form vs. weeks later. This is a great workout.

  • I bet your form was much better during the 2nd fit test.  You were probably raising your legs higher, jumping higher and that's what kept your numbers down. Just look in the mirror and you can see how your hard work is paying off !!!

  • I got em locally used off Craigslist. The guy only used them a couple times so it was a lucky score for me!

    $300 cash and very well worth it. I love these things!

  • It was a bit better. Just cause the numbers were not as explosive as I wanted I know for a fact I am feeling 100000 times better than day 1. Things are happening for sure and the body fat is falling off.

  • It's not all about the numbers, Jason, so I wouldn't worry too much. Your form is better, you're not huffing and puffing as much, you're in better shape, getting more ripped, you're better all the way around. Numbers are just numbers. Great job. Oh, I went ahead and purchased INSANITY. I just had to get it. I couldn't stand it anymore. I will probably give it a shot. It's too tempting not to. :):)

  • Dude, don't sweat it. I'm willing to bet that your form was much better on this second fit test as compared to your first fit test so these were probably better reps. Keep at it.

  • You rock! I didn't really look at it that way but you are very right. I mean I KNOW I feel a million times better so things are definitely changing and getting better.

  • I have my 2nd fit test tomorrow. I haven't looked at my numbers either. I think you were little tough on yourself all your jumps went up and they take a lot of energy esp. globe jumps you did 20 more total jumps! I'm sure you will blow it away next time.

  • I was not going to look at my numbers while I was doing the next fit test but now I will have them right beside me. Your numbers could be lower because your form got better.
