I, for one, would welcome the opportunity to see Flutterponies, Seaponies, and even Bushwoolies in G4.

Though old MLP is not my cup of tea, I take my hat off to it because without this generation, I would not have the MLP I know and love today. Granted there are some generations that could have been skipped, but in the end there were those that enjoyed them non the less. I may not have a history in MLP (even though I'm a girl) but I do love and understand MLP FIM enough to appreciate that the previous gens existed. I'm proud to be a Brony, and I'll love and tolerate even if others don't.

g1 is awsome and just as good as Friendship is magic. it`d be cool if they had flutter ponies IN FIM. they had strong magic. I`d love to see them in FIM but maybe with some new powers too

Yes, the trivia was corrected to a later edit after I pointed it out. My comment was referring to the previous one ^_^ . Though I still see Rarity's wings more as a Windy Wings ref, or no ref at all.

@Decembirth Actually that scene with Rarity in Sonic Rainboom reminds me of the story of Icarus and Daedalus from Greek Myth. Icarus got to close to the sun and the wax that was holding his wings in place melted and he fell to his death.
