Hi Zaranyzerak - long-time fan, first-time commentor here.
I'm considering buying one or two of your DVDs when I get some spare, because I think what you do great and it would be such a joy to watch you videos on a TV. But begining in the UK I'm slightly cautious of region-coding, although being home-made DVDs I'm guessing that wouldn't be an issue here, am I right?
why would i buy those dvd's if i can watch all those video's on your channel. Am i the only one who's not stupid? comeone for only better quality that's not a reason for buying this. You have really good video's noway am gonna buy that.
@mjghost16 Then don't. Some viewers want to do more than simply passively watch the videos on YouTube, they want to contribute to the show in some way. This allows them that opportunity. Just want to watch? Fine, just watch. Nobody's forcing you to buy anything. Others choose to contribute, and I put a lot of work into these DVDs to make it worth their while. And FYI, every cent I make from these DVDs goes right back into the show in the form of more stuff to review, upgraded equipment, etc.
@TheLukes740Show Plus the expense of the materials used. Sure, I get a discount on some of it but I burn through an entire black ink cartridge for my printer for about every 15 inserts I print. Not cheap. Plus I use premium grade matte finish photo paper. These sets cost money and especially TIME to make. Sorry, but 25 dollars is a steal for this kind of product. Especially since I'm doing all this myself, PLUS doing new episodes on a regular basis and working full time around it all.
@Zaranyzerak That doesn't even begin to factor in the time spent digging up all the old masters, re-constructing nearly two dozen episodes from scratch to provide the best quality, encoding and re-encoding to fit as much on each disc as possible without compromising the quality, assembling and authoring the master discs....it goes on and on. This isn't something I just slapped together on a weekend as a quick cash grab. I have gone to great lengths to make this a quality product to be proud of.
@TheLukes740Show Yes, which can be sold that cheap because they're mass-produced in bulk by the thousands by major studios using professional duplication equipment. I'm making these one at a time for each person who orders them. Each individual 2-disc set takes about 4-5 hours to put together, including burning time for the discs, Lightscribe time for the labels, printing time for the inserts, trimming the inserts, autographing them, putting everything together, packaging them & mailing them.
This has got to be cool for you. I'm trying to put my videos on DVD but I'm having a few problems - most of it revolving around my little knowledge of how to do that, lol.
@ROBB626323 It's generally each up to the first 3 in that case. Canada Post really sticks it to us for International shipping. If you're getting more than 3, I can knock a bit off the shipping.

@dukinhower Possibly. I haven't even seen wolverine yet. After the travesty that was X3, I haven't been excited about an X-Men movie since. I'll see it at some point, if it's good I'll rave about it, if it sucks I'll rant about it. Maybe.
@Zaranyzerak If X3 put you on a respirator, Wolverine would definitely pull the plug. Such a lucky man to have not been further disappointed like the rest of us. This one had potential until Bryan Singer got his grubby hands on it and totally screwed by tying it to his 3 films (i blame Ratner and him for X3) Even though I hate it for not featuring the actual First Class, reviews are looking up. But those reviews are probably all dumb or paid off by FOX. But anyway I hope you review it.

@TheMantaBluRay Each volume has an exclusive intro video where I talk about the videos on that volume and give some background info about them. The main focus was to have as many episodes of the actual show on the DVDs as possible, so I didn't do much for extras.
