They most definitely have "circumstantial" evidence, but they NEED that baby. Either way, whether the baby is deseased or not, this girl has committed crimes against her child. To "lose" your own baby is UNACCEPTABLE! She probably will get out on bond, but she'll be right back in. This is just a techicality, but SHE is gonna be held liable for the disappearance of her child, who else is responsible.... Florida's NOT going to make it easy on this "media whore" to get a person out of jail, who is NOT willing to help her OWN child out. She needs to STAY her ass in jail so the prosecution can work the case. The prosecution is NOT going to blow this by charging her on mere "neglect".
