@franciscomanuelramos , Hi, sorry hear your Ice Cream Maker is not good, please remember leave in the freezer minimum 24hrs. and the preparation must be cold when place in the ice cream..normally take between 30 - 35 min

The non frost system, mean the walls of the freezer no get iced, ( condensation ) but should frost the items, like, ice, ice cream or another food, the gel of ice cream maker, should be frozen, that take minimum 24hrs.

Your model should be AT956A, my model is AT957B, the visible difference between A and B series is the transparent bowl finish... I can see the freeze liquid inside the bowl... It's blue and it turns white when it's frozen...
