  • in the day, i drive my RC car, and at night, i watch youtube videos! I just can't get enough of RC LOL

  • where do you find trucks like these i have been looking and cant find them. just shoot me a text or something on where to find 530 264 6813

  • what tires and wheels are those? not a chevy fan but nice looking rig, that thing is set up perfectly!

  • @MrRyanverity , Thank you for those kind words. The tires and rims are from RC4WD, and they are,, Stamped Steel 1.55 Stock White Beadlock wheel, and the tires are 1.55 Mud Thrashers. Not sure what your choice of vehicle is, but I do have a couple Dodge and Ford vids..I tend to like a lot of different years of different vehicles. :) Thank you again for commenting

  • @grasslandcrawler ok sweet! thanks and ok i'll have to check them out and no problem, i know what kinda work and money goes into these things and they need to be appreciated more, especially custom r/s's, i have the new scx10 trail honcho and i dig the scale look and urs has got it, i need to get me a set of them wheels and tires!

  • what chassis is that?

  • @kennysteez , I forgot, so I had to go back to the build thread, and its a Diaz chassis, I traded for it. I don't think the guy makes them anymore.

  • would you consider selling it? i have cash in hand

  • @squirrelkiller247 , not sure what to say, its not perfect, but it is almost one of a kind. A guy in France built one similar, but with stepsides..(thinking)

  • Damn that truck is badass

  • @joemagliari , Thank you, very much :)

  • Hey bud, I love this truck. I own a 1:1 65 Chevy C10... single cab, but I could give you some input if you like...

Here, I'll give you some constructive criticism...

    1. You should maybe make the body lines a little more "noticeable" .. the body looks a little too flat down the sides.

    2. The top of the cab angles in more as it heads for the roof. It looks a little too square there.

Honestly, thats all I see :) Im on over at RCCRAWLER . COM.. the username is BigChevyTruckin... Send me a PM :)

  • @GoobersInc , Thank you, very much, even for the criticism. :) Its well taken, and now I have to decide if or how bad I want to cut into it and redo some things. I'm a moody SOB sometimes and I have to be in a certain frame of mind it seems like. I will see about PM'ing you on RCCrawler, my username is "bodean", and everywhre else its "jeffro", guess I should see if they will change it..(long story, nothing bad)

  • Sorry, didnt mean to imply mine was a crew cab, just a 61 chevy c 10 4x4. Yours looks great though. Good luck on your builds, ill look for future builds here.

  • @redeyesmark , no problem, its still neat you have one that old. Sorry for being grumpy, I'm gettin old and grumpy :) As for more builds, I'm trying to talk myself into building another Dodge, a 59 Power Wagon....but I'm having a hard time getting it started.

  • in my garage, thats how i know:)

  • @redeyesmark , A CrewCab? Those are rare, I do know that. Would you mind, helping me out,and let me kinda know what areas I can work on. I'm redoing the 77 dodge at the moment, and plan on redoing the 64, so that it will look better, with any luck, ( I struggle with patience, lack of it :)) I usually have to go by pictures or what people tell me on the forum where I show and tell these builds. Thank you for any imput,,these things are never finished.

  • great job on this...looks killer. whats the wheel base on this?

  • @rik72779 , Thank you, the WB is 13 7\8 inches

  • looks great, but the cab doesnt look quite right... its to square

  • @redeyesmark , Gee Whiz,,tell me something I don't know, Where's yours ??

  • looks great, but the cab doesnt look quite right

  • You sir.... are an ARTIST! I LOVE your work!

  • i thought this was real....

  • Nice Job! I just say a crew cab chevy at a car show. It was origanal too!

  • Thank you, but I'm afraid you are wrong, there were around 500 or so..All special built by outside workshops. Check it out on the web..

  • Nice job but it's not very realistic because they didn't have crewcabs back then! But sweet vid

  • @chaserap250chevy uuuuu, ya they did haha

  • Sorry, its not for sale, and as for making another, probably not, I've got too many others to build.

  • any possible way you would maybe sell that body? or make one to sell?

  • thats beutiful i wish i could build that for my 22in clod hey anyone reading these post please hit me up i need mine redone

  • thats beutiful i wish i could build that for my 22in clod

  • Thank you. I made it from sheets of styrene and used styrene cement and a lot of sandpaper and an exacto knife set to build it. The whole truck is special built, I believe one of a kind, except for the 1:1 that someone is building somewhere. I found pictures and copied it as best I could, not perfect but close. Thanks again :)

  • That truck body is sick ass hell, who makes it bro? sick truck and vid. LOL, i really have a 65 chevy truck but its all done to stock, but sweet vid and truck
