here in the lower mainland so many municipals are seriously considering replacing the RCMP with their own local police force. Between the YVR incident(tazer a man and he dies)and now in Victoria a 15 yr. old female is suing them for cruel and unusual treatment. It looks like they haven't anything since the 70's when they were burning bldgs and breaking the laws that they were to 'uphold'. Not All are bad apples but it seems like enough are.
