Actually, aiming for the highest notes is not psychologically damaging at all. It's a pretty high honor to be blessed with such vocal ability. As a singer myself, I look to singers such as Mariah, Whitney, Solange, Beyonce, Monica, Keyshia and Aaliyah to challenge and strengthen my own voice.
