@tinkerbell818100 all the music on all our DVDs are original music created for the programs. You can purchase them all on our website. liveatbdc . com
@tinkerbell818100 the music is all original that we created for the Warm-Up.. there is no title as it was percussion for the different sections of the warm-up. You can title it whatever you would like.
@dalla48 Thanks! Glad you like it! Yes, dancers do it all over the world before shows on broadway, on the road etc.. it's thorough and will not tire you before a show!
id LOVE to take this class in new york, but i live in england:( i want to be a dancer but ive had no classes or anything, im not that good but id love to learn more. ugh:(
@annabanana2709 Hi, yes Michele is teaching only master classes now. She is at Steps M-W-F from 2:30-4:30 until Oct 1st and BDC T-Th from 2:00-4:00 Until Sept 30th. Is this Anna from Australia????
this is the quickest warm up I've ever seen! Nobody doing this warm up along with the video will get warm. If this is a taster I'm interested to see the full version, but if this is the full version it's quite dissappointing
Of course it's not the full version. Didn't you notice the cuts, and that from one movement the dancers are shown doing the next one, without even a repetition? I think it's obvious. The whole video is on sale on their website for 50 dollars, so this is a trailer. It does give a good idea, though

one of my teachers uses pieces of her warm up too. joshua platelsky (i don't believe i spelt that correctly) uses the first part in his class with the breathing.
