  • thanks, i didnt know you had to them while already in an elevated position. I just used to do crunches at the same time while bringing my legs back to my elbows.

  • You make them look so easy! How many can you do? I usually do 100 (50 on each side) but I have to take several 10 second breaks in the sequence to give my abs a chance to recover!
