This didn't work for me either. I type in the word, but never get the page that asks for name and email. It only reloads the first page again and again.
I persisted with the method for 6 months without any change. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I did the night thing imagining who I would like to look liked, and ended going to sleep with CD still attached to my ear. I was always between 48 & 52 kgs now I am over 66. I seriously need help as I can't afford new clothes and I am embarrassed. I do have a disease called Sjogrens Syndrome, which makes excercise quite difficult. Any ideas you have would be great.
