@TheBalthazhar It's the other way around my friend. Inhaling is the safest way to scream. By doing exhales, you present your vocal cords to polyps which can either be cancerous or result in the complete loss of vocals. Bottom line, ignore everyone that says your a pussy. Just survive.

the reason inhaling isnt good for you is because its using your vocal cords inwards. they are supposed to vibrate with air outwards. thats why humans talk whilst exhaling...

@CrankDatax3 he uses the exhale scream or power fry, yeah (: look up videos on how to do the low exhale scream (properly, with the diaphragm!) and once you get that one perfect then just pump way more air into it :] do the low scream, but really go for it, and it should raise in pitch and volume

I just practiced inhales and found they didn't hurt at all, and they came out quite well, I would say (Though I didn't get to do them to loud due to family)

Now I tried exhaling today for the first time and it fucking hurt. I guess I have to get used to it and practice more, but that shit kinda hurt afterward. I might have been trying to hard.
