Hard disk partition in windows 7 How to resize (Delete, Extend and Shrink)

Hey I have a d drive that is full. Can/how do I merge it with my c drive so I don't have to use a d drive? My brothers computer doesn't have a d drive and it's the same model.

I have 4 partitions and 1 unallocated partition. I when I try to make the unallocated partition into a simple volume, it tells me the max number of partitions have been reached. How do I extend that unallocated partition to a different one without assigning a simple volume?

but i all ready have windows 7 ultimate & i want install windows 7 black edition i do shrink new local drive i install it when i open the setup i choose the local that i did when i reboot my system nothing wrong just its like the win 7 installed like there r program files and windows file just like that and i choose the win 7 pro when i open the setup file hope u help me how to install it and thank u
