Consider starting with an wide establishing shot to show off the sign instead of that awkward down tilt on Derek. The sign, the desk (with everything on it cluttered on the left), and the screen are too busy. The desk and the mic make Derek look "small" from that angle.

I'm assuming that USB mic is just for show. Consider picking up a real desk stand and something like a Shure 55SH, old Sennheiser 421, AKG C414, etc. If you want to nail the look, find an old ribbon mic.
