That's not Zac efron because he didn't sing in High School Musical, but he did in HSM2 and HSM3. Drew Selley was in the concert because his voice with Zac efron's voice were overlapped. Also, Zac Efron couldn't go to the concert because he was doing the movie "Hairspray"...
