As others said before, carving job is perfect, but paint job makes me want to throw up. Not that it is badly done, but it doesn't suit. But as in many things in life you have to know when to stop trying to make things better. Betting in poker, drinking at party, making art. We all learn from mistakes. Important is to avoid repeating mistakes. Next time I would leave the wood grain visible and just lacquer this guitar. This way your fine art is perfectly visible and not hidden under paint.

The scales look like they took forever to do. The horned skull looks awesome too. The air brush artist did a nice job but personally I would have varnished it and left it at that, but that is just me. It looks awesome man, would love to see the video of your next project also maybe one of you playing this one?

Your carving is very impressive! I think you did excellent work. So much so, I must admit I hated to see it painted and felt staining would have been an even better solution. The airbrushing gives it a plastic look, IMHO. Of course, I'm partial to non-colorful guitars, so take that opinion with a grain of salt. ;)

You rocked this guitar mod. If your own taste allows, I suggest you do stain the next one to show off "hey, this is hand carved into the wood!"

Very nice show of skill, however on a guitar this looks quite aweful. I thinks it's too busy looking perhaps? Bad color choices add to the chaos..... I am very interested to see the next attempt though... First one is always bound to have problems....

The carving on this guitar is beautiful and very unique. 2 problems however.. Number one is, did it have to be a telecaster? They suck!!!! Number two is that the airbrushing was totally lame and wrecked the whole thing... Such a shame :/

Damn! you can carve my guitar anytime! That is by far one of the most unique looking guitars ever! you could've gone for cheesy respray but didn't.
