@jovizhou I would if I could. You can't really tell someone a strumming pattern, as its something musicians have to listen for when playing the song. Listen to the song over and over, and you'll figure it out. :)

Hmmm... for tips...

Well first of all, I suggest you start with an acoustic guitar. They are MUCH harder to play. Though they may be harder, when u go to pick up an electric, it will be a piece of cake. Start off by learning what frets, notes and basic warm ups since your new. It will help A LOT when it comes to reading out music/tabs. Uhm... giving tips is kind of hard for someone new.

But all you have to do to be a good guitar player, is dedicate LOTS of time to it, and remember that you wont become a pro/master over night. I've been playing for about 2 years now, and this is pretty much a result FROM 2 years. But if you have any questions regarding some terminology or anything else, just PM me and I'll try my best to help. :)
