@StrenthrockStudios Without internet, viruses would inject their code into legitimate exe or com files. When run in an uninfected computer, these infected programs would infect all the other programs they could get access to. So when users would swap programs and files on floppies, they would inadvertently pass along the virus as well, causing it to spread.

According to viruslist com and other sources, this virus contains also the unused string "CREATED BY BLUE SHARK - FINISHED 7.VIII.1994 15:30 - CIESZYN

POLAND" [Cieszyn is a town in southern Poland]. I think it explains this guy's broken English.

There is also some more unintentional humour. The virus destroys hard drive by overwriting raw disk data with strings "! MAYBE ONE DAY WE BE UNITED !". Oh well...
